Going HOT🔥 on our platform is a huge achievement for an artist, as it means one or more of their social or streaming channels has grown exponentially in a short amount of time. But some artists manage to sustain this growth over a longer period, racking up a Hot Streak.
Korean indie artist eAeon is on a 7 day Hot Streak following the release of his album ‘Fragile’ on April 30th. The release contained the track ‘Don’t’ featuring RM of K-Pop megastars BTS, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales Chart and features in the Spotify K-Pop playlists KimBops, Cool K’Ids Rock and New Music: K-Pop.
Since releasing ‘Fragile’, eAeon’s Spotify following has grown by 350% to almost 24k, and his Instagram following has increased by 50% to over 18k. The music video for 'Don't' also has 8.5m views on YouTube. This cross platform boost saw eAeon enter our most recent Indie chart at #9, making him one of the few new Korean artists to feature on an Instrumental chart.
