Gaz started his vegan YouTube channel, Avant-Garde Vegan, in October 2016, and in just one year has amassed an impressive 185k subscribers. He generates 40k views on average per YouTube video, and his most popular video, Ultimate Vegan Breakfast, has inspired over 383k views. 

His growth sets to continue as he increased his subscriber base by a strong 20% over the last 30 days alone, and he is also displaying increasing monthly views - jumping from 425k in August to 500k in September. Having recently released his debut cookbook, Gaz is definitely taking the vegan world by storm.

2) Sarah's Vegan Kitchen 

Sarah runs her vegan cooking channel, Sarah's Vegan Kitchen, which she uses to share her passion - showing people how to live a healthy vegan lifestyle. With 140k followers on YouTube, Sarah's followers continue to grow, in the last 30 days, Sarah increased her YouTube following by 5.2%. She generates on average 41k views per video, with views growing month-on-month. July saw Sarah receive 591k monthly views, followed by 718k in August and 775k in September. Sarah's most popular video is her Vegan Smoked Salmon + Cream Cheese, which generated 591k.
