Creativity is the topic of the week with London's Frieze Art Fair 2017 just weeks away. To celebrate this cultural sensation, we are starting the week by gifting you an arts and crafts YouTuber with a channel growing more consistently than the price of a Van Gogh painting. More than 160 of the world's leading galleries will have their collections on show at the Frieze Art Fair and here, at Instrumental, we are placing a prime influencer on display too. So, get your critiquing hat on and see what you make of this creative influencer:

HawkGuruHacker: 343k Subscribers

US based 'HawkGuruHacker' is a DIY and 'life hack' YouTuber with over 343k subscribers. His craft is all based on the use of homemade materials to create fun and entertaining gadgets for all ages to build and use. The content doesn't include any spoken word, just very clear visual tutorials giving the viewer step by step guides which are easy to follow. This is beneficial as it doesn't restrict his audience to a location based on language, which is reflected in his vastly dispersed global audience. The primary audience location is the US at 23%, with Brazil (8%), Poland (6%), the UK (4%), Germany (4%), and Italy (4%) collectively accounting for another 26%.

The channel has seen extremely impressive and consistent growth over the last 90 days, gaining an additional 148k subscribers. 48.1k of these new subscribers joined the channel in the last 30 days and the total subscriber count continues to rise with positive daily growth since March this year.

HawkGuruHacker's crafts mainly appeal to a male audience with just 15% of his viewers being female. In terms of age, 15.6% of his audience are aged 17 or younger, 34.8% are between 18-24, 29.8% are aged 25-34, and the remaining 17.4% are older than 34. Therefore, HawkGuruHacker would be perfect for a brand looking to expand their global male audience. For example, he could do so by having the product as the focal point of his video, showing off the various uses of the product with innovative and creative ideas.
