1. Dansu

Amsterdam-based trio Dansu share infectious funky pop single "Don't You Give Up"

Indie trio Dansu have had an exciting year touring across Canada, Israel, Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. Bringing their journey to an end, they've shared a new single in "Don't You Give Up". Fusing a catchy neo-pop groove, with a chilled guitar tone and emotive vocals, Dansu have found the algorithm to an infectious hit.

2. Low Island

Oxford four-piece Low Island share Holding It Down (17-18), as they prepare to release a collection of their tracks.

Fusing intimate indie and uplifting electronica, the four-piece have announced that they are set to release a collection of the tracks that they have released to date (not an album, apparently!). As they build up to the release, they have shared a revamped version of "Holding It Down".

3. Our Girl

Brighton trio Our Girl have shared their debut album, “Stranger Today”. After enjoying a busy touring schedule throughout 2018, the band live up to expectations on the record. Soph Nathan’s delicate yet emotive vocal, smart song structures and unpredictable lurches build a melancholic, yet thundering, two-fold grungey sound. With Bill Ryder-Jones on production duties, Our Girl sound more polished than ever.

Picking up support from influential playlists including undercurrents and BBC 6 Music Playlist, Our Girl have enjoyed a 15% increase in their playlist following this week, taking their total to over 450,000 (Instrumental Music Scouting Platform).
